Okay, I'm doing pretty well on my rotation. I've got the big bags coming via Peggy in NY (thanks again, Peggy, you're a lifesaver) and I've decided exactly what's gonna be in my rotation. Of course, I forgot two things when I ordered Qs, so now I need two more. Typical. Hobby Lobby, here I come! I need floss too, so nbd, right? Anyways, I've decided to work on one project for two weeks and then switch to a different one. I still have to find a randomizer that will list them in a random order, but I'm sure I can do that easily enough. Anyways, the projects in my rotation are:
- Bubbles (HAED, Selina Fenech)
- Astral Lion (Dimensions)
- Country Bloomers (Jeremiah Junction)
- Story Keeper (HAED, Selina Fenech)
- Calendar Partwork (India Grace Designs, hardanger)
- Achoo (Dimensions)
- In Her Garden (Dimensions)
- Memorial for my dad (Rosa Winter)
- Marguerite (India Grace Designs, hardanger)
- Meerkat ~ Mere Cat (Heritage Stitchcraft, Peter Underhill)
- Impossible Love (HAED, Selina Fenech)
- Queen of Peace (Miribilia)
- Shore Patrol (JCA)
- Fredrick the Literate (Dimensions, Charles Wysoki)
- Desert Garden Mandala (Chatelaine, Martina Rosenberg)
- Midnight Hunting (Dracolair Creations)
- Monopoly (Hasbro)

Great Rotation list! I used to do that...but now I have 2 projects that JUST have to be finished. They are for other people so I am plugging away on those two things!
Wow, that's quite a rotation list! I have tried rotations too but right now I seem to do better working on one project until finished. Of course my projects are a quicker stitch then some of yours. With those large projects you do have to rotate to keep the energy level up!
Thanks Vickie. I've been working on just one, but I have so many things started. On that list of seventeen, only five are new starts. The rest are already in progress. I just want to finish some of the things I have started. I know, right!! I don't know how that's gonna work for me Nancy. I've been working mostly on a Chat, Desert Garden Mandala. And I've considered each part finish a finish. So with rotation, I don't know if I'll get "finishes" as often, you know? We'll see if it keeps the energy up!!
That's a great list! But, may I say, so many!! I'll try to keep up with you ;)
www.random.org is the best site i've seen for random. you should be able to copy from your list and randomize :)
Quite a restrained list compared to some I have seen....but you do need to rotate....get a bit bored with one and need a fresh challenge....anyway, that is how I rationalise it for myself!!!!!
Wow that's an impressive WIP list. Hope the rotation works for you.
Thanks Joke. I figured if I was gonna do a rotation, I may as well start some new projects I've been wanting to start for quite some time!! Thanks Bonnie. I used Ask.com and put in randomizer. It asked how many items I wanted to randomize, and I said seventeen. It then gave me a list of one through seventeen in random order. I was happy I didn't have to type everything in again, lol. We'll see how I do. Usually, I just work on whatever is screaming the loudest, and I tend to work on that piece for quite a while... Thanks Gabi. Only one way to find out!! Into the fray, lol.
Whoah... that's a nice, long list of rotation. Looking forward to seeing the WIPs. :D
Thanks Joysze. Now I'm looking at it and going, what can I finish quickly so I'll have room here for the new Chat that I want to get?!? LOL, she just posted to the support group about a new mystery, and I'm really interested. I've never done a mystery before, but there's a first time for everything!!
Wow - lots of work there Julie ... I especially love the Fairy flower garden on your blog and have not seen that one before ...
Awesome rotation list - definitely one to keep you busy!
Yeah, I know Val. I never saw a BAP I didn't like, lol. I love Fairy Garden too. I just can't decide what color to put it on!! Yes, it will Carolyn. But that's all right. Busy is good!!
You have some lovely wips in your rotation. x
Thanks Hazel. I love them all, lol. Hence the rotation!!
Rotation is a very good idea! Me too, I have several wips and this might work for me too. Thank you for this great idea! I like your list.
Jaana, this is all new to me, lol. I'm gonna give it a shot, and see how it works. IDK if I'll remember to change projects on Sundays though, so we shall see. Glad I could inspire you! And thanks, I love everything on my list!
